Terms of Service

By purchasing or using any products or services from gVectors Team ("us", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End-User License Agreement (EULA). Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Products and Licensing

All gVectors products are licensed under the terms of the GNU GPL v2 License, as is WordPress. This license allows both personal and commercial use of our products.

What You May Do

• Install a Single-Site license on one domain
• Use 3-Site or 10-Site licenses on multiple domains respectively
• Install products on client domains as part of web development services
• Sell an established website including the domain as a one-time transaction to a third party
• Modify and adapt products for personal or client purposes under the GPL

What You May Not Do

• Directly transfer copies of products to a third party without installation on their domain
• Sell copies via a store or sales process as standalone products outside of one-to-one service agreements
• Claim ownership over products, whether modified or unmodified

2. License Types

Single-Site License

Covers one domain. Includes 1 month of premium support and one year of free upgrades. Does not support WordPress multisite installations (subdomains or subdirectories).

3-Site License

Covers three domains. Includes 3 months of premium support and one year of free upgrades. Multisite use limited to three sub-sites.

10-Site License

Covers ten domains. Includes 6 months of premium support and one year of free upgrades. Multisite use limited to ten sub-sites.

Bundle License

Covers unlimited instances. Includes 1 year of premium support and one year of free upgrades. Designed for developers and multisite installation owners.

3. AI Features Subscriptions

wpForo AI Features are offered as monthly subscription plans (Starter, Professional, Business, Enterprise) with credit-based usage. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle. Credits reset monthly. Unused credits do not carry over unless credit packs are purchased. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

4. Product Delivery

Access to purchased products is provided immediately after payment. Products are delivered digitally via downloads. Customers receive one year of access to future releases and must renew licenses after one year to continue receiving updates, though existing installed versions remain usable indefinitely.

We offer a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase. Please see our Refund Policy page for complete details.

6. Updates and Compatibility

Our products are designed to be compatible with the latest available version of WordPress. We strive for future compatibility but provide no guarantee that all products will remain functional in future versions of WordPress. Updates are delivered at no additional cost during the license period.

7. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All products are copyrighted by gVectors Team, with all rights reserved. All content on gvectors.com is the property of gVectors Team. Replication requires authorization; commercial or non-commercial use requires prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. gVectors Team is not liable for damages arising from product use or inability to use products. We do not guarantee compatibility with third-party components, plugins, or browsers. Users are responsible for backing up files and databases before any product operations. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from installing, running, or uninstalling products.

9. Third-Party Services

Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers. We do not store or collect payment card details. Payment information is provided directly to our payment processors, whose use of your information is governed by their respective privacy policies.

10. Price Changes

gVectors Team reserves the right to modify or discontinue products and pricing at any time, with or without notice.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms of Service with notice posted on this page. Changes apply to products purchased after the modification date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
