Most of our products are add-ons to free core plugins available on WordPress.org (wpForo, wpDiscuz). We strongly recommend testing the free core plugin on your site before purchasing premium add-ons to ensure compatibility with your theme and environment.
AI Feature Subscriptions
For wpForo AI monthly subscriptions:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period
- Credit packs are non-refundable once credits have been used
- Unused credit packs may be refunded within 30 days of purchase
